How DreamGolfSim makes money
DreamGolfSim is free for you to use. We don't sell simulators and we don't install them. Here is every way the site earns money, so you can judge what you read here.
Featured listings
Builders can pay for a Featured listing ($19 a month or $189 a year). A Featured listing always carries the label "Featured · Paid listing", so you can tell it apart from the rest. Paying never changes what we write about a builder, and a builder can't pay to have a review, a fact or a price changed.
Store commissions on equipment links
Some of our links to equipment stores are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the store pays us a small commission, at no extra cost to you. Right now that applies to links to Amazon. Pages that carry these links say so near the top.
Commission never decides what a page lists, the prices we show, or the order things appear in. Every price on the site is the one the seller showed when we read it, with the date, and we list stores that pay us nothing right beside the ones that do. As an Amazon Associate, DreamGolfSim earns from qualifying purchases.
Our garage build plans
We sell one product of our own: garage golf simulator plans, a PDF guide for building a simulator yourself. Our free guides stay complete without it, and the plans never change what the directory says about any builder.
What we never do
- Sell or rank builders by who pays, other than the labelled Featured spot.
- Make up prices, ratings or review counts.
