About Envyscapes
Envyscapes is a synthetic turf and putting green company that builds golf simulator rooms as one of its services. It is based in Salt Lake City and has 25 years of experience in golf course design and construction, work that grew out of its founder's time working alongside Arnold Palmer and Wes Moon on golf facilities.
Here is how they describe their simulator work, in their own words: "Envyscapes installs custom golf simulators in Salt Lake City homes, turning unused rooms into year-round practice spaces." They handle the full scope themselves: space assessment, room prep, screen and enclosure mounting, launch monitor positioning, projector setup, flooring, lighting, and acoustic treatment, so a homeowner is not coordinating separate trades.
A few details matter here. Every install starts with a site visit to measure ceiling height, check for HVAC obstructions, and confirm swing clearance on all sides, since a room that looks big enough on paper can still crowd a full swing. Acoustic treatment is called out specifically because a struck ball against a screen is loud, and without treatment that noise carries through the rest of the house. The work comes with a 5-year warranty, and they work in basements, garages, bonus rooms, and detached structures, so the room doesn't have to be a basement to qualify.
They serve Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden, Park City, Lehi, Heber City, Sandy, and Logan, and keep Saturday hours alongside a standard weekday schedule. No pricing is published, there's no street address listed, and no specific equipment brands are named, so those are worth asking about directly.
This is a good fit if you already know you want a dedicated, finished simulator room and like the idea of one company covering the turf, floor, acoustic work, and equipment setup together, rather than hiring separate specialists for each piece.
