About Backyard Office Utah
Backyard Office Utah is a builder-remodeler that constructs backyard structures, with golf simulator buildings as one of the spaces it builds. It is licensed and insured in Utah as a General and Electrical Contractor, with over 25 years of combined construction experience among its team. The company works across Utah, from Salt Lake County and Utah County up through Davis, Weber, Summit, Wasatch, Tooele and Morgan counties.
Here is how they describe their work, in their own words: "Fully finished offices, gyms, golf simulators, and more, turnkey and built to last."
Everything is built on-site using stick-frame construction on a poured concrete foundation, the same basic approach used to build a house, rather than a prefabricated shell trucked in and craned into place. That matters for a golf simulator building specifically, since a stable, insulated structure holds up better to the vibration and daily use of swinging a club indoors, and because the finish work (drywall, paint, flooring) comes as part of the same build rather than left for a homeowner to arrange separately afterward. Each project includes electrical hookup to the house, a ductless mini-split for heat and air conditioning, insulation, and standard outlets and lighting, so the room is livable with no separate contractor needed. The company also says it backs its work with what it calls a warranty, though it does not publish the warranty's length or specific terms.
Pricing starts with financing as low as $375 a month, but there is no published price specific to a golf simulator building, no listed equipment brands for simulators, and no project timeline beyond a general 30-day turnkey build.
This is a good fit if you want a standalone backyard structure built to residential standards, with foundation, electrical and climate control handled in one fixed-price project, and you are supplying or arranging your own simulator equipment separately.
