About LawnPop

LawnPop is an artificial turf company based in Austin, Texas, and offers golf simulator design and installation as one of its services. It has been serving the Austin area since 2010.

Here is how they describe their simulator work, in their own words: "LawnPop offers turnkey golf simulator design and installation for residential garages, basements, game rooms, and commercial entertainment spaces in Austin, TX."

Their main business is artificial turf, and that shows in how they approach a simulator room. They treat the hitting surface as part of the build, offering golf-specific turf designed to replicate fairway feel, absorb impact on the swing, and hold up to repeated daily use without divot damage. For someone who wants a simulator room that also includes a putting green, chipping pad, or hitting mat built into the same floor, that turf background is the reason to call them rather than a pure AV installer. They also note that a full simulator setup needs at least 10 feet of width, 10 feet of height, and 12 to 15 feet of depth to safely swing a driver, which is worth checking against your own space before committing to a room.

On cost, they describe a range rather than a fixed price: entry-level simulator setups start around $1,000, while advanced custom installs with professional turf can exceed $50,000. They do not publish a warranty specific to simulator installs, though their turf products carry a 15-year warranty. Hours and financing details beyond a general financing page are not listed.

This is a good fit if you already know you want real golf turf underfoot in your simulator room and are comfortable handling screen, projector, and launch monitor setup separately or through LawnPop's broader project scope.
