About Cornerstone Golf TN

Cornerstone Golf TN is a golf specialist business run by one person, based in Clarksville, Tennessee, and working across Middle Tennessee and into Hopkinsville and Oak Grove, Kentucky, within about 90 minutes of Clarksville. The owner has ten years in construction before turning to simulator rooms.

Here is how they describe the work, in their own words: "I help people build golf simulators, either by getting you exactly the gear you need, or by building the room myself."

The business is licensed and insured, and is an authorized dealer for The Net Return, Carl's Place and GolfBays, meaning stock comes new through the manufacturer's distributor with full warranty rather than through a grey market listing. That matters if something needs warranty service later, since the supply chain runs through the manufacturer rather than a reseller.

Pricing is broken into three named packages. A practice setup, with a net or compact enclosure, hitting mat and launch monitor, runs $3,000 to $6,000 and can be running in an afternoon. A full bay installed, with the enclosure, screen and projector built and mounted, runs $8,000 to $14,000 over two to four days. A full custom room, built and finished from the studs, runs $15,000 to $25,000 or more, typically over one to three weeks. The Net Return products carry a 3-year warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee. No street address or zip code is published.

Every job starts with a free space assessment, where the owner comes out to measure ceiling height, swing clearance and power location before quoting. The business also builds retractable and fold-away bays, putting greens and turf, home theater rooms, basement build-outs, custom sim sheds, and runs sim rentals for events.

This is a good fit if you want one person handling the whole job, from framing to the final calibration, rather than coordinating a builder and an AV installer separately.
