About Pro 163 Construction, LLC
Pro 163 Construction, LLC is a general contractor in Wake Forest, North Carolina, that builds golf simulator rooms as one of its services. Most of its work is home renovation and custom building, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions and bonus rooms, and porches, decks and outdoor living. It is owned by Bryn Banks, an Army veteran, and holds NC Licensed General Contractor #101751.
Here is how they describe their simulator work, in their own words: "At Pro 163 Construction, we build complete golf simulator rooms from the ground up, ensuring every detail is designed for both performance and long-term durability."
The company argues that a simulator room is a construction job as much as an equipment job. Its page lists ceiling height and swing clearance, reinforced framing behind the impact screen, lighting planned around the launch monitor, sound control, heating and cooling, and a level hitting surface with turf. Framing matters because a ball strikes the screen at high speed, and a weak wall behind it is a common failure. Sound control matters because the noise carries through the house. They commonly build in bonus rooms, attic conversions, garage conversions and basements. No equipment brands are named, so ask which launch monitor and projector they would use.
No simulator price is published. Their payment terms apply to every project: a 5% deposit, weekly billing for completed work, the final 5% due when the project is substantially complete, and daily photo updates. Every project carries a one-year written workmanship warranty. They serve Wake Forest, Raleigh, Youngsville, Rolesville, North Raleigh, Franklinton and Louisburg.
This is a good fit if you want the room framed, wired and finished by a licensed general contractor in the Raleigh area.
