About DeShayes Dream Greens
DeShayes Dream Greens is mainly a putting green company. It consults on, designs and builds indoor and outdoor golf putting greens, and golf simulators are one of its services. It works mostly in New Jersey and Pennsylvania around the Delaware Valley, and says it also takes projects across the US and internationally. It has been consulting, designing and building since 1975.
Here is how they describe their outdoor work, in their own words: "Bring the Country Club to your home with our fully customizable outdoor golf putting greens." The part of the build that decides how long a green lasts is drainage. Turf that cannot dry after rain can grow mold, moss and algae, so they say every green needs constant airflow beneath the turf. They guarantee a level playing surface for at least 10 years.
Indoors, their interlocking panels can go into any room of a house, and they say a portable green can be set up in about 15 minutes. Their simulators come in soft or hard wall configurations with retractable draperies. They say no sub-floor construction is required, which matters if you do not want to open a finished floor. Custom sizes are available on request.
They were named a Top 10 Sports Construction Company in 2023 by Construction Business Review, and the owner, Joe DeShayes, teaches an accredited course to the American Society of Landscape Architects. Google rates them 5 stars from 6 reviews. They do not publish prices for putting greens or simulators, or simulator package prices or installation timelines.
This is a good fit if you want a putting green in a yard or a room from a firm that has done this work since 1975, and you are willing to call for a quote. Their number is +1 877 928 4653.
