Clubhouse Concepts

About Clubhouse Concepts

Clubhouse Concepts is a golf-specialist company based in Springfield, Missouri, working on homes, vacation properties and businesses in Springfield, Table Rock Lake and the Lake of the Ozarks. No years in business are stated.

Here is how they describe their work, in their own words: "At Clubhouse Concepts, we design and build immersive golf simulator spaces, tour-quality putting greens, and custom golf lounges for homes, vacation properties, and businesses throughout Springfield, MO, Table Rock Lake, and the Lake of the Ozarks."

They build both residential and commercial simulator rooms, fitting each one to a basement, garage or dedicated space, and they work with launch monitors from TrackMan, Uneekor and Foresight. They also build indoor and outdoor putting greens, with adjustable speeds and contours shaped to mimic real course conditions, and outdoor versions with drainage, bunkers and night lighting. Their design and build process runs from 3D renderings, so you can see the room before construction starts, through design planning for layout and cabinetry, to buildout execution, where they manage contractors, permits, electrical work and framing themselves rather than handing you off to a separate crew.

Two add-ons worth noting: soundproofing packages, which keep the noise of a struck ball from traveling through the rest of the house, and smart tech integration, which lets you run lighting, audio and climate from a phone or voice assistant instead of separate controls for each. They also offer custom bars and cabinetry for turning the room into a lounge, not just a hitting bay.

No pricing, credentials or hours are published, so you will need to call for those specifics.

This is a good fit if you want one company to handle the whole project, from the first rendering to the finished room, including the cabinetry and bar, not just the simulator hardware.
