About Third Coast Tech

Third Coast Tech is a commercial audiovisual integration company that builds golf simulator rooms as one of its services. It is based in Waterford, Michigan, with a second office in Bunnell, Florida.

Golf simulators sit alongside the rest of its AV work, which covers conference rooms, churches, racing simulators, digital signage and sound systems for restaurants and bars. On the simulator side, its offerings include custom golf simulator room design, full buildout, and installs for bars, country clubs and other amenity spaces, as well as residential rooms. Here is how they describe this work, in their own words: "Custom Golf Simulator Room Design Services."

A portfolio entry for one of its golf simulator projects notes that the system tracks ball movement with multiple high-speed cameras firing at 400 frames a second rather than relying only on radar or LIDAR, which gives more precise swing data. That kind of tracking detail matters because it is the basis for how accurate the simulator's shot feedback will be, so it is worth asking which tracking method is planned for your room.

Third Coast Tech lays out a seven-step process for its commercial AV projects, starting with a discovery and needs assessment, a site visit to look at existing infrastructure, and design proposals with floor plans and renderings, through installation, testing and ongoing support. No price for a golf simulator room is published, and no simulator or tracking brands, defined service area, or business hours are listed.

This is a good fit if you want a simulator room handled by a company whose main trade is audiovisual integration, especially if you are also considering other AV work for the same space, such as sound systems or room control.
