About SHIFTGOLF
SHIFTGOLF is a golf business in Waterford, Michigan, at 4422 W. Walton Blvd. #201. Most of what it sells is golf swing training equipment, sold online. It also sells GOLFJOY golf simulators and offers fitness and coaching programs.
Here is how they describe their work, in their own words: "Whether you're a beginner looking to track your first shots, a serious golfer training year-round, or a coach building a commercial studio, we have the perfect system for you."
The swing trainers are built around the Lag Shot line, with wedges, drivers, irons, junior and ladies models, and combination sets. A Lag Shot Wedge is listed at $109, a Lag Shot Driver at $159, and a Triple Threat Combo at $299. The driver has a heavy, whippy shaft, which the business's coach describes as a way to build tempo and feel for the clubhead through the swing.
The simulators are GOLFJOY units, ranging from launch monitors (the unit that measures ball and club data) to full packages, including overhead and personal models and a range solution. Add-ons include an AI Coach and a motion mat. No simulator price is published. Each listing shows $0.00 instead of a figure, so you would need to ask for a quote. The business does not describe an installation process, a warranty, its hours or its service area. It also lists an indoor studio at its Waterford address, but it does not describe the equipment there, so ask what it runs before you visit.
The coaching side offers personalized fitness programs for junior and senior golfers, starting with an initial screening and then a custom plan. A two-hour "Meet Your Coach" session is also listed. Google rates the business 5 stars from 26 reviews.
This is a good fit if you want a GOLFJOY simulator alongside swing training and coaching from one company, and you are comfortable asking for a quote before you commit.
