About Murphy Golf Simulators Kansas City
Murphy Golf KC is a division of Banner Garage, a garage renovation company in Shawnee, Kansas. Banner Garage has been at work since 2011. Its main trade is garage upgrades such as floor coatings, storage cabinets, slatwall and overhead racks, and Murphy golf simulators are one of its services. They describe themselves as the authorized and specifically trained installers of Murphy Golf Simulators in the Midwest.
Here is how they describe their work, in their own words: "Turn any room into a golf simulator and then back to usable space in less than a minute with our automatic folding golf simulators."
That fold-up design suits a room that has to do other jobs. A Murphy unit must be permanently attached to a structurally sound wall, so the wall matters. Many garages have a lip or curb at the base of the wall. Murphy Golf KC says it installs in front of the lip and uses lumber to build out from the wall, which leaves a small gap along the sides and top. For space, they recommend a minimum of 15 feet wide by 17 feet deep with 10 foot ceilings, and they offer an 8 foot model only for very tight rooms.
Each package is built around a launch monitor. The options are the Uneekor EYE MINI, EYE XO and EYE XO2, and the Foresight GC Quad. Packages include installation and setup, a gaming PC, a 4k projector, one year of technical support and a one year GS PRO membership. Package pricing includes taxes, delivery and installation in the Kansas City metro area, but the dollar figures are not published, so you need to ask. They mention financing options. Installation scheduling runs about 6 to 12 weeks. Launch monitors carry the manufacturer's warranty, not Murphy's. They install in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas, with extra delivery fees outside the Kansas City area.
This is a good fit if you want a fold-away simulator on a garage or spare room wall and prefer one installer to handle delivery and setup.
