About Virtual Tee Systems
Virtual Tee Systems is a custom golf simulator design and installation company headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with branch teams across 25 plus states, including a Florida branch in Longwood co-led by Kim and Brett Hiltbrand. Company-wide hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, and the Florida branch covers Orlando, Tampa Bay, Miami, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Naples, Sarasota, Gainesville and Pensacola. The site does not state a founding year.
Here is how they describe the installation process, in their own words: "Framing, flooring, enclosure, screen system, projector, launch monitor calibration, and final walkthrough. One team, all the way through. We stay until you're ready to play."
Every branch is run by a named local partner rather than a rotating crew, and the company points to that structure directly: the same people who handle the first phone call also handle the install and the support calls afterward. That matters because a golf simulator has ongoing calibration and software needs, and a company that hands a project between different regional contractors can make a warranty call harder to resolve than one where the local branch owns the relationship start to finish.
Pricing is published in a range: installations run from $15,000 for a focused home setup to $50,000 or more for a fully custom build, according to the company's FAQ page.
The site does not publish a founding year, and its Seattle location is listed without a street address. This is a good fit if you want an installer with a local branch and a named local partner, backed by a company with a presence in dozens of states.
