Backyard Golf Simulator

About Backyard Golf Simulator

Backyard Golf Simulator is a golf-specialist company based in Ludlow Falls, Ohio. Rather than building a room inside an existing house, they build a standalone cabin, a freestanding structure delivered to your property and finished on site with the simulator already set up inside.

Here is how they describe their work, in their own words: "Our technical team will travel to your location and be on site for the Golf Simulator Cabin delivery. They will complete the final build-out of your cabin and install your Simulator, Hitting Screen, Projector etc on-site the same day."

They offer three standard sizes, called Par (12'x16'), Birdie (14'x24') and Eagle (16'x30'), plus custom dimensions on request. Every package comes with a Foresight GC3 launch monitor, a projector, screen and enclosure, an FSX Play account loaded with 20 courses, a wall-mounted TV, turf and carpet flooring, lighting, AC and heat, and LP smart siding carrying a manufacturer lifetime warranty, meaning the exterior siding itself is covered against defects for as long as you own it. Buyers can upgrade to the GCQuad, which adds putting analysis and more club data, or the ceiling-mounted Falcon, which suits a cabin used by both right- and left-handed players.

Pricing is published: the Par starts at $29,995, the Birdie at $39,995 and the Eagle at $54,995, each against a $2,500 deposit, with the balance due in stages through production, outfitting and delivery. After the order is confirmed, delivery typically takes 6 to 8 weeks. They don't publish licensing or insurance information, or the towns they're willing to ship and install to.

This is a good fit if you want a complete, ready-to-use golf cabin placed in your yard rather than a room built into your house, and you'd rather pick from set packages than design custom cabinetry and finishes from scratch.
